  2. what about the lawyers representing the rioters? should they be reviewed? for taking money to defend the indefensible ?? and what about any ex-military or police that took part in the Insurrection, should they be stripped of their pensions and privileges? as part of the Insurrection they voided their sworn commitment to the defense of the Constitution.
