  3. no, we haven't ''always had mass shootings''. it's only since Timothy McVey blew up the children in Oklahoma City that we have had a rise in home-grown terrorism, usually always a white male loser that can't even get attention from his family, so he finds something to hate and takes up a gun to prove his point, just like the video games taught him, instead of his parents.
