  2. in our neighborhood, the original houses were designed by Sternberg, very boat like with lots of built-ins and designated spaces in quaint modernist cottages, the rest of the neighborhood is the developer 'borrowing' from other modernist designers, Neutra, Wright, Hegner, Eichler, to finish the project and sell houses. Arapahoe Acres is full of little cute houses, most are less than 2000 sqft unless remodeled.

  4. The Dixie on Gorodkovaya in St. P is a very small tight space with not near as much as there is in this store, the Dixie there is more like a producti than a regular store like you're wandering around.

  9. that was fun, if you shop around and hit the various Asian grocery stores, Great Wall, H Mart, Pacific Ocean Supermarket, Red Star, etc locally here in Denver you can gather up a wide variety of Kit Kat Flavours. and Yes, a ''Taster'' mindset instead of ''Let's consume every flavour'' would have served in this situation. LOL Thanks for the Fun
