  1. I could see the cell phone in her right hand. It was clear to see but she wasn't using when the cop complained to her to get off the phone. I saw the whole video and what set the cop off was when he asked her to put out the cigarette and she refused. I'm not sticking up for what this cop did but rather just showing you what escalated the situation. I don't care what color you are but I always tell people not to eff with cops. If you do, then this could happen to you too. Remember, your rights are just an illusion, in real life. I am, of course, quoting George Carlin, the comedian and he is right. Your freedom and rights in the US, are just an illusion..
