  1. It's sad to say that even if there was this April debate and Joe didn't want to do it, Biden would still win the rest of the states because the old boomer generation has already chosen him. America is generally centrist in their politics and young voters never turn out in huge numbers to vote. That is a fact. That said, nothing will change and Biden will win. I regret saying it but he will win.
