  12. How do they square the accounts? Overseas Bank to Bank Transfers still have to go through NY Federal Reserve so the registry can keep track of legal currency. Otherwise Bank management can just make it up from thin air.

  13. The problem in the USA will be insurance companies, they like to refuse treatment, usually by arguing that the diagnosis isn't proven. They will not like having their own opinion overturned.

India was probably a no-go anyways because of a racist and political issue, but I can see investments going forth in places like Africa where there's a need to upgrade production of natural resources. After all it makes sense to ship metal, rather than ore, or for items with a low value/space volume ratio like furniture, packing material, etc.
