Armenia got lucky and the first war in the 90s, and that good luck turned into bad luck because it made them t o o hard-headed to negotiate a settlement by giving up a little bit of the land they had won in return for a peace treaty. Never leave an open-ended war with an a larger Nation who is wealthier. If you're lucky you wind up with a situation like North Korea, and that is pretty horrible good luck. Everyone else tends to wind up having their ass handed to them sooner or later.
