  9. Actually it's not spending it's transferring money. Many of these weapons are never actually manufactured or are simply empty shells. This is the real profit. Selling nothing at a premium. It's just like wall Street's Financial derivatives. Fantasy on sale. The whole function of Afghanistan, the bush wars in Africa, the current war in Ukraine is to allow weapons manufacturers to write off together with the pentagon those weapons they never actually manufactured. That's why they're not so worried about you're being flooded with weapons because only a small percentage of what is so-called sold is actually delivered to Ukraine, and therefore only a small percent can be stolen.
