  4. Hi Jake, yes I have had those feelings, more so when I was in my 30s and 40s. I agree with you that community connections are so important. Since I have been living in this small village I have joined several groups and have made friends. Just a thought, you started learning the double bass at one time. Maybe do something like that again?

  5. Thank you so much for your vlogs. I am a regular viewer and I find your approach of looking at all the evidence so reassuring. I don't bother much with the news any more, it is so sensationalised. I am a nurse working in care home. We had an outbreak of covid 1 year ago when little was known about it. I caught covid at that time (in the line of duty) as our PPE was not adequate.
