  1.  @SquatterMoccasin  Those look like completely arbitrary criteria. A more objective criterion would be that a European is whoever genetically scores within average Fixation Index (Fst) distance from native Europeans. In fact, Biology already uses this criterion for exactly that purpose (population substructuring).
