  6. What is everywhere is PARENTS NOT CARING about their kids. Don't blame the phone children shouldn't have and the apps children shouldn't get for parents not caring about children's upbringing.

  9.  @FroggyHopScotch30  Yes for giving their kids phones. Kids don't need phones. Kids lived fine before cellphones. There's no way to have them have cell phones and protect them at the same time - software is always hackable. Not even the Chinese Dictatorship can 100% control the internet in their own country. It can't be done. It must be no phones for kids. Easy solution. Now go do it. Otherwise you're a bad parent. My kids won't have phones. They won't have arguments for needing them either because such arguments don't exist.
