  1. Human society will have to have a paradigm shift in basic thinking . The foundations of economics and energy are by definition illogical and counter productive to the long term survival of humanity. Capitalism is an unstable exponential system on a finite planet which flies in the face of basic logic and basic maths! To put it in a different, way one can not have constant growth ! As for energy , solar roof top, solar thermal , space based solar , geothermal where the geology is allows it and last liquid Thorium Salt reactors the type designed , proven but killed off by Nixon ! Since the technical data is online it has been downloaded by the Chinese and Indians who are returning to this proven idea! May be since the our designs are in our customary system or measurements it is slowing the process down !😜 The US has never fully converted to the SI ( metric ) system a far easier , more logical and naturally rooted system of measurement!
