  5. @Janet A You miss the point entirely! If a third party gets 5% of the popular vote then Federal funding for the next cycle! If they get 15% of the popular vote then they get a seat at the debates ! The point is to break up the two party duopoly and demonstrate that they have to EARN OUR VOTE! It does not come FREE! VOTING FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS IS STILL EVIL AND FOSTERS MORE EVIL!
