  2. In the Netherlands if you have over 100k followers and make advertisements you also have to register. This is because we have a commercial code legislation that every advertising company has to follow. Being a one man business on the internet doesn't exempt you from the law. This applies if you advertise, get products for free or discounted from other businesses to promote them, or have affiliate links. The content also has to clearly be labeled as advertisement in this case. There are now more rules being made because of the phenomenon of child influencers, basically parents making their small children work to produce entertainment on the internet, which is against child labor laws. It sucks that we need to regulate everything but I think preventing literal child labor and exploitation by terrible parents who use their own kids for money is a good justification.

  5. If I write the name of the country that is the topic of this video my comments get consistently removed. The super advanced AI system that youtube says they use is in reality just scanning for certain keywords that are flagged on certain accounts. So, you and me maybe banned from writing that country name but for someone else they will be banned from using other words. Its a ridiculous system that doesnt work at all because people can just use different words to describe what they mean like I am doing right now.

  7.  @LuluTheCorgi  Doesnt matter how white you are, if the police officer has ticket quota to hit he will write you up for having a big mouth and then you have two tickets to pay instead of one. Just be respectful and say yes sir, thank you sir. One time when I was a teenager I got stopped twice by police for not having a working headlight on my bike and the second time I complained about it to the officer, he said "oh i was just going to give you a warning but now that you said that i will write you another ticket". That taught me a good lesson hahaha

In most countries there are absolutely ways that tax agencies shield other government agencies from accessing all their information, this is even coded into law in GDPR because those other agencies must first prove they have a reasonable need to access that information. For example the unemployment office may request access to tax data of unemployed people who are on welfare. But they cant just access everyones information. Same for police, etc. The scandinavian countries i think are the only ones where income and tax data is public. You are the exception, not the rule.

  14.  @andersjjensen  I think most countries have laws for that kind of thing with the flag, but I havent heard of anyone ever getting arrested or fined because of it here in the Netherlands. Look on wikipedia, the page for every country's flag will have a section with "flag instructions". In Netherlands, the flag must be raised at sunrise and drawn down at sunset, it may not touch the ground and it may not be decorated in any way except for an orange pennant on specific dates which are birthdays of specific members of the royal family, the former queen who abdicated but is still alive, the king, the queen and the crown princess. In recent years people, specifically farmers, have been flying the flag upside down as a sign of protest, and no one has been fined or arrested for that although it is technically against the law. People have been asked not to do that on 4th and 5th of may (Remembrance day and Liberation day) and afaik there have been no incidents at those dates. Of course in Putin land any excuse will be used to lock up people who are in any way even superficially critical of or disrespectful to The Glorious Leader.
