@BroNapartay Well, where i live is overcrowded with a lot of metal and concrete boxes. So yeah. And sure you can emigrate to a less populated area or country and go live in a cabin in the woods. But it's a matter of time until the metal and concrete boxes spread there too. It's like a virus. Running away from it won't solve the problem.

BS. I gamed my entire childhood. Started seriously trying to date at 27 when I had a good career off the ground and my own place to call home. Result: Its the chicks that are socially stunted. They cant maintain eye contact, or have a normal conversation for 5 minutes without doing and saying the most awkward things I can imagine. Theyre the ones spending their entire lives scrolling through social media on their phones instead of having real social interactions. Gaming is just something I do in my time off. And I play team-based multiplayer games, so even all the time invested in that over the course of 15 years of my life, is technically 20 thousand hours I invested into socializing with other boys and men.

They also want a man thats more ambitious than they are. And in my experience, most Fems are way more ambitious than most men. This is not talked about a lot so I can only give my own experience. From what I can see, 90% of men are ambitious to the point that they can afford a comfortable, regular life. Only about 10% are ambitious enough to want to work 12 hours a day, not because they have to, to afford rent and to feed their kids, but because they want to work in a management function or be owner of a company. The 90% of men just want to have a reasonable income to afford a house, a wife, a couple kids, a car, some money to spend on a hobby like buying a nice fishing rod every once in a while, work on an old car, maybe build a PC to play some games on in the 3 hours off you have every week, and have some semblance of work-life balance. But most Fems are way more ambitious than that. They want to be the power couple. They want to run things. They want the biggest house and the fanciest car and the most expensive designer clothes and the most high powered jobs. This obvious mismatch means that all these fems wont be able to find a man to marry up to. Because the few men as ambitious as they are, dont want a boss babe trying to tell him how to run his company. And the other men arent ambitious enough and thus are not eligible for her to marry up to. Doesnt really matter how much money you actually have if the ambition mismatch is there, she will be unhappy anyway because you arent trying as hard as she wants to win the rat race.

Idk Im 6'1 and dating a 5'0 girl was definitely physically a challenge fitting things together. Had to find some steps every time I wanted to give her a kiss. So there is a point where it doesnt work so well anymore. Why they want tall guys is easy. Its a simple physical attribute that everyone can see. It doesnt really matter how tall a guy is in numbers to be attractive. What matters is that he is relatively tall compared to other men in his and her environment. Taller men are seen as stronger, more authoritative, more succesful. This also applies to other men and also translates into career success. So its not entirely just a superficial requirement. Of course, it starts getting ridiculous and unfeasible when the dating apps and social media come into play. Then the requirement changes from "I would like a man slightly taller than average" to "he has to be a professional basketball player"

Yup, last ex gf left after 6 months because i didnt make enough money. I have a top 5% income for single guy in my country. Top 10% household income by myself. I made more than most married couples at 30 years old. Meaning, if I did ever get married, wife literally wouldnt have to work if she didnt want to. Still not good enough lol. Good riddance. Now she can work for her own money. And my career is going great. Income growth beats inflation every year. Last year got a 20% raise. Next year, we will see. My ambition is now to start for myself with a remote IT business and emigrate to bumfuck middle of nowhere and live in a cabin in the woods. Chopping firewood and typing code for a bit of pocket money aint a bad life. Far away from all this insanity.

Thats already a high mark. 40K per year on average with accumulating interest at the tail end. Means youd have to put in at the very least 20K per year. That is something most single people cant afford in this economy. I can barely do it with a very well paying job at 30 years old. 20K per year means you need to save about 1700 per month. Thats quite a bit with the current cost of living and no real wage growth in decades.

@barongerhardt ten percent on average is ridiculous and you know that. The only way to get a return like that currently is in real estate and you need half a million to get into that now. 5% annually is a good return over long periods. It will probably be closer to 3 or 4. And that's not accounting for inflation. By the time you earn that million it will be worth half of what it is now.

Also lol at you if you think inflation will structurally come down. As long as the money printers keep rolling, it won't. And if the fed shuts them down that's bye bye US economy. The actual growth of the economy is the average number and picking any index lookin back that outperforms average growth is per definition cherry picking no matter how large they are or what arguments you come up with. Me agreeing with you that there are some large indices that outperformed the average doesnt invalidate that statement. Of course there are some. There are many indices and some will perform better than average and some worse. But you can't predict in advance which ones will perform better. That's why it's called cherry picking when you do it in hindsight. F out of here with all your nonsense and stop talking to me. You are so full of crap. If you are so sure which indices will do well in the next twenty years, put all your money in those and leave me alone.

Theres another problem. Going on a date with 1 woman is already quite a bit of effort. You have to be charming and lead the conversation and be interesting. Going on a date with a dozen of them on one day with more time pressure, is just more effort and less chance of actually connecting. It never has made sense from a mans perspective to go to speed dating or matchmaking events. And the thing you mention, also works the other way around. Women that dont have trouble getting guys dont need to go to those events. So anyone of them that does show up there, there has to be something seriously wrong with her on the inside or the outside.

younger men dont look up to older men these days lol just a couple weeks ago i was walking to the corner store at about 10pm to get a bottle of wine for the evening and i see five 14-15 year old boys trying to start a fight with some grown men. i tried to intervene and calm the guys down before those kids got put in the hospital and then they started trying to square up to me lmao. im 6'1 and 210 pounds. these kids had barely hit their second growth spurt. they arent looking at older men to solve any problems. the fatherlessness epidemic is showing.

Of course it will only accelerate. Less traditional family and less children means demographic decline, which means economic decline, because there arent enough young working people to support the aging population. This means that Fems "feel" like they have to raise their standards even higher to achieve a higher standard of living than they had with their parents growing up. Which further accelerates the decline. We are already at the point in western oriented countries that there are so few Fems of birthing age that even if we went full handmands tale it would probably be impossible to turn it around because we would have to achieve a birthrate of over 6 children per couple to maintain population on what it was pre-collapse. Thats unlikely to happen. The only country that is managing that is the one in the middle east with the little hats.

Thats how you stay rich, by not wasting your money. Pay off your mortgage and put the rest in a retirement fund and a college fund for the kids. Sadly, most women dont understand this and will demand that you spend a significant portion of your monthly income on bullshit that will make them look rich instead of saving it and investing it into things that matter. I had an ex accuse me of lying about my income because I dont own a car and didnt want to pay a bunch of money for shit i didnt need. The area I live in is permanently congested, so I just take the train to work and I bike around town. Its hard to even find a parking spot around here. Why would I want to pay out the nose to own a car that I wont use? Well she expected me to get one just so I could pick her up in it. Didnt matter that I explained to her that paying 1000 a month for a car lease and taxes and fuel just to pick her up was not a reasonable request. Especially because she was not willing to just move in with me instead. She insisted I had to be secretly poor and not able to afford a car. So she left me. Lol. Good riddance, I guess. I will just continue to put my money in an investment fund.

Most men cannot afford to buy property on one income. I have a top 10% household income in my country. Top 5% for single men. I could maybe barely afford to buy a small around 1000sqft fixer-upper that I would have to invest another 50-100K and several years of my life into fixing it up and making it look nice and meeting modern building standards. And then chicks would still complain my house is too small and too old. So yes, theyre unmarried because of their math. Because theyre unreasonable and demand things that the majority of people cannot afford. And never have. In decades past, 2 people would get together, while living with their parents, then rent a small place for a few years after they finished their education and started working, and then after they made some career moves and saved money together theyd get married and buy a house. Its not like the average joe in the 1980s could just buy a house by himself straight out of school at a normal marriagable age. People worked their way up to that. Modern whamen dont want to work up to that, they just expect a man to serve it up on a silver platter and beg them to accept it. Aint gonna happen, chief.
