I remember a guy I worked for a couple years back. Amazing dude, in great shape, making tons of money, super funny charming extraverted guy. Always out and about, loved his kids, went on holidays with his wife and 2 kids to all kinds of exotic places. Literally his only flaw if you could call it that is that he was slightly shorter than average. I really admired this guy. Well, turns out his wife didnt cause she divorced him while I was working there. Nearly broke the guy. I was younger than him but he apparently grew up quite sheltered because he didnt know shit about the divorce statistics and how the courts treat men. My parents divorced, when I was young, so I had the opportunity to give him some advice on how to make it easier on the kids. At least I could do that. I hope hes doing alright now.

Just had a conversation with one of them yesterday. At the same time, in the same sentence, complaining she cant fall in love with someone and saying she has a job and doesnt need a man. So I said yeah youre right, its not about need, its all about want, thats why your standards are so high and you cant find anyone. Because you dont need anyone. The reality is that most women, given financial independence, simply would rather be alone instead of being with a man at their level. They all want to shoot for the stars and only a few of them get lucky. The other 90% just works their menial office job and goes home to their apartment and cries themselves to sleep, but they want that over being with a regular guy.

Most of them have the filter set to 6'3 now, 6'0 is so 2020.

@electrictroy2010 well those aren't the stats I've seen, on tinder 50% have it set to to 6'1 and above, of course that isn't a hundred %, but simply entering 6'0 will mean you aren't even visible on the app to the majority of women anymore. Obviously this makes it quite understandable for guys to add a couple of inches.

If I found out a date was psychotic enough to put the pictures on my dating profile through an AI application to analyze whether I lied about my height, there would be no second date, and Im not paying for the first one.
