Even if you to a restaurant that doesnt get oil out of a sewer and you eat anything thats fried, theyre probably reheating the same cheap vegetable oil several times, which releases carcinogenic substances. The only vegetable oil that is safe to cook food in is olive oil. Anything else, doesnt matter if its dirt cheap palm oil, or expensive coconut oil, is bad for you. I would recommend to avoid fried food entirely except on rare occasions, and only eat at for example greek or italian restaurants that use olive oil for baking. Oh and wait until you find out how many toxic substances are in fish like salmon from fish farms. They put roundup in fish food pellets. Insecticide. Itll kill ya.
