@ultratog1028 I remember hearing a story once about a girl who went to a psychologist because she was "hearing voices" in her head. Turns out that was just her talking to herself. As George Carlin said, the average person is pretty dumb, and half of them are dumber than that.

I have no idea what atheism+ is supposed to be, but yeah a lot of the fedora tipping atheists on the internet are annoying. Youre not supposed to base your entire identity around not being religious.

@amygdalae As long as the group of people you include are polite and intelligent people, you can talk about stuff and agree or disagree without losing group cohesion. The problems start when the "you are with me or you are against me" people get into the group and blow it up. This is why in ancient greece only landowners were allowed to participate in political debates.
