all the countries on earth bar one arent even capable of protecting their coastlines from rising sea levels despite the fact that 80% of population and economic output is located in cities in river deltas. large scale geoengineering is way way out of the picture here. the only option left at this point is to accept that a significant part of the global population is going to die because of the consequences of climate change.
