  3. Тимур К, чем Вам не нравятся тамошние стройки? Да, огорожено забором, лежат остатки, идет строительство. И?... А мусор - это, еще раз, мелочи. Это не беззаконие, а отсутствие средств на уборку улиц. Ни одного факта беззакония в видео нет. А по сравнению с тем, что мы испытываем в России. В России произвол приобрел уже общегосударственный характер, даже сравнивать не стоит.
