  1. I challenge anyone to point to a single groundbreaking piece of software that was built with SCRUM or AGILE. Both have failed and the people who do build stuff successfully in the big companies and in open source don't even use those techniques. They all have a process where things are measurable with quantitative metrics, and individuals matter and none of them use story points or any of that garbage. In fact all AGILE and SCRUM have done is team up with Microservices and DDD and introduce bloat in technical infrastructure and expenses where a company like twitter can get rid of 80% of it's workforce and actually function better.
