  5. I can tell how Californian policemen and patrolmen will bemoan doing the State’s grunt work so the big boss can get elected.   7. Section 8 landlords are discriminating types too. Low FICO scores are a legal loophole to deny tenancy , even when you have a voucher to cash out. And that is not even for any chance one can get an underpriced rental in a reasonable decent neighborhood. Such listings, if by any remote chance available , are never advertised. Once one is issued issued a voucher , there is no guarantee you get a rental so where one can use that voucher.
