  1. Yup. High rise on the outpost makes perfect sense. Dwellers enjoy better protection from the harsh environment, shared resources. I did not go far into the whole episode …. I assume Peter is a People’s person first , so hardly much look into the the building’s infrastructure ( sewer , plumbing , disposal , broadband ) Had it been built past the 70’s , then it would feature multi level basement garage parking.
