  2. Never mind insolvencies. If any of these borrowing countries decide to stiff China and going further into nationalizing their structures , what do the Chinese will do ? Send troops ? Plead their case to the IMF ? That’s Anti-Colonialism 101. Never lend to these countries. If western powers were reluctant to lend, there is a good reason to it. Chinese leaders were all too guilible for punishment.
