  1. With the end of a one government and two systems , there is no way HK property market rebounds. And once the sales transaction goes into the record , there is no way they seller can whisk the money out of the country. Unless there is cash under the table paid on the side. So yes, the lenders are closing in. Lots of distressed sales popping up.
