  1. Shody manufacturing. And poor quality control. Assuming they replaced contract manufacturers and did not even bothered to burn test the newly shipped units , this could happen. That and the fact they will ship hardly after being made. Under Steve Jobs this would never take place. The dude was a maniacal control freak and a stern taskmaster. A true tirant. Bumba perfectionist at heart. Tim Crook , no way close to being worthy of a leader. Stock buy backs , that is what he cared for.
