  3. If your only offer in months for that door whose asking is $20,000 a month come to a “ meager “ $10,000 , then the market is telling you two things …. 1. You should be thankful someone came up with a legitimate “lowball offer”. 2. Your piece of dirt and bricks & mortar ain’t worth what you think it is. Run the application to see what kind of tenant you will have. If comes up clean , then take what is being offered. If it looks suspicious , then turn them loose.
