  6. You don’t have to go that far …. Go read FDA logs for fun. China and India are the biggest violators on all kinds of warnings, when it comes to manufacturing medicines and active substances. Lack of adherence to best practices and SOPs. Misreporting Shody lab equipment. Broken Poor water quality. It’s all in black and white.

The section covering active ingredients for drug manufacturing , which are exported to the US , is choc filled with citations . Mostly atributed to India abd China. Thoroughly documented in these citations there are hundreds of notices on how Chinese and Indian drug companies fudge logs , have broken lab equipment unserviceable for months , fail to follow recommended SOPs , use tap water ( India and China lack quality sanitized water from their water authorities ). 3.   8. Laminate flooring is installed on rentals. You had options. #1. Use bamboo flooring . It comes from Vietnam. Just mind guests to take the shoes off at the doorstep . Bamboo is way softer. High heel shoes will leave marks. Bamboo is cheaper than pine then. #2. Use silicate based porcelain tiling floor ( A.K.A. Porcelanato ). It is gleamy, you can buy in wood lookalike patterns , it is durable , whitstand heavy load bearing pressure , and it is scratch resistant. The downside being , it is a cold floor. #3. Don’t ever use any wood if you ir your tenant has dogs. Never mind the scratches and bite marks . Dogs and cats leave micro particles that are picked up by people with furr allergies. Laminate does not wear well. You did yourself a favor by ripping it out.
