There are not universities for everyone in Europe. You have to pass an exam, I am sure. So it is not a free for all. They suplement their education with trade vocational training , which ensures a decent living for those who can’t attend universities. University learning in Europe is not a cottage industry. There are no Diploma Mills out there. No you do not need a college degree for coding inn computer.
