Besides, commercial aviation took place in the USA, not Brazil. The first Brazilian commercial aircraft were only made in the 60’s. By then , the American Aviation industrial complex was in the jet age. Brazil’s first planed were turboprops. And while aircraft manufacturing in Brazil is a great feat, they still buy the avionics and turbines from overseas. Namely a choice between Rolls Royce Engine, G&E , or Pratt Whitney. And when you say leveraged , it should mean “ capitalized “ as in capable to meet buyers’ demands to fill their order books. And it is not a bottleneck. Again jargon. Use shortfall or unmet demand . It sounds better. Don’t pay attention to what your bilingual Brazilian peers say. Nor the Business news wire talking heads. They are all monkey see , monkey do.
