Can we be reminded the Japanese and Japanese Americans , all legally living in this country during WWII, had their holdings confiscated by the US Government and sent to concentration camps ? How many times can I repeat myself to you mooks ? The American armed forces , or DoD , do no contract gear that is sold to civilian enterprises or domestic telecom carriers . They have their own vendors. There is a company in Victor , NY that specialize in such core gear. Switches , routers , radio base stations , multiplexers , amplifiers. Never latched on on the C-Store craze. I vividly remember a few ones , one in particular in Johnston -Providence line. Run and owned by a chubby short Italian American with a stammering voice you could hear across the street corner. Corrado Dottor, a swell fellah and a character. Kept the place spic span clean and drove his younger brother nuts, always bossing him around.
