Their economy barely produces any wealth , other than what is gathered from the ground , so they steal whatever they get from mining. I may add… They squandered whatever dividend they acquired from the Soviet Subsudized schooling, and now they are falling way behind. Perfect.

  2. And the gem in the rough, this is a male talking , by the way, is the under rank women who run things in Russia, at all spheres. Not the heavy drinking wife beating males , who rob the populace blind through graft , and take trophy looking mistresses. With all due respect to the straight and narrow male exceptions out there. From the Babushkas running the train terminals , up through the ranks , Russian gals are , fat and ugly to 10s are the ones who are calling foul and run things efficiently. There are a number of female underlings that do not get a whole lot of press.
