  2. Dock the money we’ve been sending Israel for years. Then take that money and earmark towards any Palestinian who is willing to settle abroad. You know…Canada, USA, Brazil, Australia . Poll the countries who are willing to take them , and redistribute the refugees. Expect them to come up with figures towards housing, medical screening and treatment , job training and welfare stipends. Wire these countries with the forked up money. Make sure to monitor on how it is spend. Expect graft to take place in this process. Not simple, but fair.
