Brazilian commercial fishermen were then given Federal subsidized loans , and once found double dealing , it did not sit too well with the Brazilian Governmrnt , then under Dilma administration. The Chinese fishermen will poach sovereign waters everywhere unless your coast guard capture their boats and blast them. They do not play by the rules. They have been pillaging África for decades.
