  3.  @TuhunluunBionoid  Chinese fishermen trawlers poaching territorial waters is nothing new. It happens everywhere in the globe. If there is one thing American fishermen never did was go poach fishing grounds. Actually, US New England fishermen have been caught by the Canadian Coast Guard ships poaching the Canadian Side of George’s Bank which lead to catch confiscation. And I am not sure on what goes on the pacific.
