  2. I noticed the unusual number of request by Pakistanis to get a visitor’ s visa to the Brazilian consulate in Islamabad , and I do not even work nor I live there. A lot of mail order bride or “ green card bride “ arrangements through Brazilian women. I suspect there is some criminal enterprise going on , and they are taking advantage of these poor lads. They all seem to be desperate to get out of Dodge.
