My father has been in the US for over 30 years and hasn't set foot on Caribbean soil even as a visit yet he still struggles to get citizenship while hating and acting like he's above other immigrants (he's a Black conservative...yeah) as if 1 technically wrong move couldn't get him deported and he isn't even a lawyer, doctor or anything deemed valuable..he just here taking up space and had an anchor baby lol.
