  1. Put aside whatever he confesses. The legal standard is beyond a reasonable doubt. Not a shred of foresnic or DNA links Michael Stone to being at the scene of the crime. Not a shred. This is beyond a shambles and a innocent man is serving a sentence he didn't commit.
