  1. The Chinese only dare to do this to those who they believe are weaker...the typical tactics of a cowardly street bully. They would not dare to do that with a Japanese ship...or a ship from Australian navy...or an American ship...with them, they just leave it at that, talk big and brag about their non-existent strength. Nevertheless, I believe that the Philippines cannot tolerate such an act of agression.

  2.  @DK-gj5sp  There are also other countries that have a say in this mattet. The Chinese would never dare to do that to the Japanese or the Aussies...whenever you confront a bully with skill, competence and determination, he always tucks his tail between his legs.
