  1. Who knows how much of these floods are man-made? By neglecting the necessary inspection- and maintenance work on these dams...by concreting waterways and insufficient drainage options by an insufficiently secured sewerage...this is an absolute environmental catastrophe and the soil will we contaminated for years to come...but the main thing is that the CCP is there with propaganda flags and banners.
