There is a correct term for that - a limitrophe. This is the naked truth about the role "the civilized West" assigns to Ukrane, and the most shameful is that Ukraine's rulers are volunteering to that gladly as they are getting the "democracy promotion" money from US or EU right into their pockets.

Actually, the safest solution is that those labs are taken under the control of the Russian military specialists as soon as possible. The same as the nuclear plants in Ukraine already are. And yes, the coup regime was preparing an a-bomb as well. You are free to call this Russian propaganda too, at least for some time before the details including the US involvement come out.

As a Russian, I'm very grateful to the US media for they've opened my eyes to how rich, strong and influential my country is. We've elected Trump, now we are in control of the upcoming US elections no matter who wins. And, as Putin said, 'our girls are the most beautiful in the world', which is another piece of evidence of Tulsi's connection to Russia.

Old Soviet bio and chemical labs closed by Gorbachev after signing the disarmament agreement then fell under jurisdictions of the newly independent states in which territories they were situated, not just Ukraine. Very soon they were studied and reused by you-know-whom. (Yes, another "conspiracy theory".) Remember the poison allegedly used by "Putin's agents" in England? The funny fact is that Russia since the 90s had no access to the lab in Central Asia where that "novichek" was developed during the Soviet time, but MI6 did. Also a funny coincidence that the poisonings occurred in the vicinity of the British chemical research facility in Porton Down.

This is the transition to a new world order. The current order which is now declining and falling apart is Liberalism. The middle class was the pillar and fertile soil supporting, sustaining and enjoying the Liberal World Order. As they are going to dismantle Liberalism and introduce another order, the middle class is no longer needed so they've started getting rid of it.

Nothing changed in terms of the policies and actions. What has changed is that they abandoned the disguise of the false propaganda language ("defending our values" and all that bla-bla) and started describing things as they are in a straightforward plain language. "We run the world. He's our proxy." Just returned to the manners of Cecil Rhodes in the 19th century.
