Hard to believe but people voted because of concerns over health, education, internal affairs etc. When you vote, do you vote based only on foreign affairs?   40. The prisoners are not children, they are teens, 60% of them aged 18 and they are all convicted for violent crimes. One of them came out saying she wanted to be a lawyer so she can help other prisoners like her get free. That proves she got a fair trial, despite the accusations It also proves she knows it is a fair trial, since she wants to learn the law, and understands that knowing the law gives her power to use it Because she was judged by a fair system And for the record, they commited very violent offences (read the list) They got very much reduced sentences due to their ages (again, read the list) And it is very very ofd hamas asked for these prisoners Many of them were about to be released shortly anyway. Some had 2-3 months left. It is odd. And clearly not Israeli choice Because Israel would rather release someone with more time (adult who gets more) but less violent crime (a teen wont get prison unless very violent crimes) Something is very fishy in all of this And looks like hamas wanted some PR

I am not 60, but I have lived in this conflict I was a primary school girl when I got my first gas mask (and yes, I know that is not the Palestinian attacking directly) I am used to the sounds of sirens I know people who lost their lives in buses exploding and restaurants blown to bits. Enough is enough. Enough. Enough for the death Enough for the blindness to the people who just have to live under terror and accept it. Netanyahu didn't make Hamas But Hamas made Netanyahu and his government. The utter lack of support and empathy from the world, the utter lack of outcry when children got blown to bits on their way to school made Netanyahu and his extreme right government. And the more Israel is blamed, and the less empathy for Jewish life, while out of control, unfair unbalanced accusations and blame, the worst it gets for everyone. Empathy is needed for both sides. People say Palestinian lost hope Maybe they did, but so did Israel. Israel feels they must protect themselves, because no one else will, and no one will blink if Hamas managed to annihilate Israel with everyone in it. Enough is enough But how do you think that can happen? By demonising one side to the point of making them not want to talk to you? It is not working. It made Netanyahu and his extreme government.

It has been established that Israel will not agree to a ceasefire while Gaza holds hostages and fires rockets Gaza made clear that a ceasefire will not mean return of hostages and Gaza stopping to fire rockets. In the mean time people in both sides are stuck in limbo, and many are displaced in both sides. Shouldn't this just be over with? Why delay? What is the gain? Every day is just more pain
