According to human rights laws a crime must not have a presumption of guilt with no fair trial, nor should be punished with no fair trial. A third party must be found to investigate this, find out who it was, and hold whoever it was accountable. But reporting it was an Israeli airstrike when Israel is saying it was not, and basing this on what hamas said when they are known for dishonest, is not right. And it is also legally problematic, this is a crime, a war crime. And crime needs to have proof and fair trial according to international human right law.
