Hamas's proposal was absurd They wanted Israel to retreat from Gaza (so Hamas can rebuild tunnels and fire rockets) Israel release over 1000 serial killers so that they can kidnap and murder more people Unchecked transport from and to Gaza (so they can get weapons and rockets in and hostages out) And in return They offered to keep raping women and torturing and executing men for 4.5 months, and then maybe release the bodies of what is left of them. That was not a proposal, that was an insult
