Hate crimes are very hard to prove, but if someone goes and attacks a group on purpose it is very much a hate crime. To be fair, it can and should be expanded to any gendered attack should be a hate crime, if a woman goes and targets men trying to physically hurt them just because they are men then it should also be a hate crime. It is less common but can happen.

What exactly is the police for if not protecting the public? Can women at least pay less tax since we don't get to enjoy the same protection?

Do you think there is a point even trying to speak with them? I am trying to think that most men just hate women and only want to use and hurt them. They seems to be no point trying to have a conversation with someone who doesn't see us as human

@JonasPrudas ok. Women have it great. So... How about that instead of asking for women to be treated with the same rights as men do, let's have men be treated like women. Because it is so easy and safe being a women. I dare you to put on a dress and go out at night alone. Have fun.

A hate crime is a tag on a real crime that was proven in court and then on top of that was proven to be motivated towards a group of people. For example if someone murdered someone it is murder. If there is proof that that someone murdered his victim because he was gay for example (if you can prove he searched and targeted any person that belongs to that group just to kill a guy person) then it is a murder that is a hate crime. This is not about someone that has said something to someone at work, this is a serious label which requires serious proof and is added to very serious crimes. It does not make every crime, not even serious ones against any group a hate crime. You need to first prove the crime like you normally have to then prove that it was motivated by hate towards a group
