  7. He is "Christian" maybe he is walking around dressed as a nun. Though looks like he doesnt need a disguise, police simply are failing to notice a man with half a face missing But seriously, look in both mosques and churches, he is likely getting help with highly religious "do gooders" who are taking care of "the poor victim"
