  4. Rubbish interview It was the interviewer saying his opinions about things he is quite simply wrong about. He is not a top lawyer, he is a reporter.

  5. It is funny. True, but not necessary. He doesn't owe that reporter an excuse. They did it, because that was the best way to make sure the combatants who surrendered will not use explosives or other weapons. End of story Don't like it? Ok. That is your right. Think it is a crime? Go prove it in court. That reporter made himself the prosecutor judge and jury. He is none of them. It is not up to him to say what is the law and if it is broken, he is welcome to sue if he wants.
