That won't help. The police refuse to enforce the law that already exists, making more laws is pointless when the police refuse to protect victims.

There is also that poor girl with the horses that was murdered by a stalker, and that lady who had an order to stop her ex stalking her, had notified the police he was still stalking her, that of course was ignored by the police, and she was murdered while on the school run (and then a man in a car tried to stop the murder but was too late and the fact that he drove over the murderer was too late to stop her being murdered) Imagine if we lived in a state where police bother to do their job and actually stop murders before they happen instead of committing murders, arresting people who protest the fact that one of them was a murder, and have plenty of time to take degrading photos with murder victims while contaminating the scene... People might actually be safe. But that is unlikely to happen..

At least two people have been murdered in the past year after stalking complaints (and orders) were ignored by the police and the victims were allowed to just be murdered

Case law makes it clear what can and can't be considered as stalking.

men don't get punished.

They expect judges to use common sense. I am for it. The law can't define an exact set of rules to describe human behaviour and how it is measured in a scale of good or evil. People are not programmable robots, the system must allow some place for common sense and human factors or it will simply not work. And judges in the UK are not stupid, alarm and distress is not a dramatic fuss over nothing, it is something that would make most people feel alarm and distress and clearly made that person feel alarm and distress. I am guessing both have to be either very obvious or proven If you are alarmed by apples and someone ate an apple near you, a judge will tell you to get a life (in nicer works though) but if you were eating an apple and a stranger snatched it from you, throw a potato on you, and then showed you photos of you extended family and told you where you live, the judge probably would agree that would cause someone alarm and distress

They are very tolerant to antisemitism

What if you are the victim? Is it worth talking to the police as a victim? Can the police be trusted in your opinion in that kind of case, and is it even worth ever calling the police?

What about all the swastikas at anti Israel marches?

@TheGreatoutdoorsAndGourmetVic he is clearly a pathetic racist searching for the attention his mummy never gave him.

Why? Bagel is just bread, and porridge is very healthy

I wish the government, or the judges would publish a list of what you are not allowed to say, it is all out of control. It is scary to say anything

The women wearing jackets with hamas terrorists sky gliders after October 7th got a tiny fine.

He is probably back in the party with a little bonus pay rise and a hug

Are you trying to make a witness lose their confidence and scared to tell the truth?

If someone had his dog saved he is very unlikely to be upset about the window

Why are the cases heard in closed doors? What are they hiding? Why are we not told exactly what they did?

They won't. If we are lucky, in 4.7 years we will get another election and get to vote them out. If we are not lucky, the election will be cancelled

The justice system has rules and mechanisms to guide them. The police can do whatever they want. Who are you going to call? Them? And you can't sue them, only they can press criminal charges if they want. It is just something we need to accept, pointless hoping for a change, it is what it is, and always will be. Police were never meant to protect people, the idea of the police is what protects society.

That petition is meaningless It doesn't make him do anything And he can't care less about what the public thinks. Wasted time.
