Record numbers of civilian casualties???
And this is based on HAMAS figures
Ignoring millions (in total) in current ongoing conflicts
In Sudan , Syria, Yemen, Ukraine, Somalia, Colombia, Mali, Afghanistan, Nigeria and many many more.
Shame.
These are not record numebrs of civilian casualties.
By all means, do report, and do treat all civilian casualties as unacceptable, but dont ignore the rest of the world, and if you cover a war, cover all of it, not just one side.

@rose-maries7131 When you are looking at a war in a totally one sided way, painting one side as the devel, and calling to kill all 10 million of it's civilians, then yes, motive is curious.
And when it is not only one sided but also ignoring much worse wars, then yes it is ok to ask, do you actually care about people of Palestine, or just want an excuse to call to kill Jews.
And don't give me "ani Zionism isn't anti Jew" because Jews are being called Zionist all over the world and attacked.
If I see a person in pain, I help them.
When you see a person in pain, you don't lift a finger to help them, and look for someone to blame, and call to cause pain to the target you find.
What have YOU actually done to HELP Palestine?
Nothing.
Unlike you, I actually did help.
You don't care about Palestine

@AM-qm4vc No, showing the suffering is very important, as the situation in Gaza, that is not at all the part that I have an issue with.
The "reporter" is displaying it all in a very black and white good and bad way, and forgetting to mention the suffering on both sides, that war is terrible.
She is also amplifying the tragic casualties by making listeners think it is worse than 2 million Sudanese killed, which it is not.
CNN is taking blunt sides, instead of just reporting.
This is consistent in CNN and not helping.
It means that around the world, people who never heard of Hamas before 7th of October, now think that all Jews everywhere are monsters, and around the world other people think (thanks to equally biased reporting in other channels to the other side)
That all Muslims might suddenly scream Allah Akbar and explode.
This is not helping
It is not helping the middle east
It is not helping the world.
Reporting one sided, is not helping

@carinapereira3655
I am mentioning them because they are important.
And why not mention them?
And when I say not personal, I mean I am not personally attacking you, I do think you might be genuine.
Also, I am sorry to tell you, but I am allowed to comment, just like you are.
We don't have to agree, but this is not your channel.
People are allowed not to agree with you
It is called freedom of speech.
I get you don't like it.
I get you would like everyone to forget that when looking at casualties and damages, compared to other ongoing wars, there is no shock, it is simply what war is, and many other wars are worse.
I get that you very likely hate Israel, and want it gone, which must be why you are so worked up.
I get it, people like you exist
(Ok, I guess now it is personal, I don't like you "occupying" the right to react, you are not "native" in YouTube, it doesn't belong to you, I don't like you dismissing other wars, it is disrespectful to human life, and I get a strong vibe of pro Hamas "annihilate Israel and all 10 million people in it" from you. Yes, I guess your behaviour is not my cup of tea)
