I don't know of a single famous Israeli doctor, other than Freud, who was a weirdo who has been largely left in the dust of the past; all the best high tech comes from Japan, Sth. Korea, China, US and Germany and many others above Israel, and as for scientists, Italy, England and Germany have made the most scientific discoveries since the Renaissance. As for what Palestinians invented, in around 1500 BCE a genius living in the general area of Syria-Palestine invented the first alphabet, which was adopted by the Phoenicians.

I suppose that's the only way Israelis can ensure their children are better educated than Palestinians - by destroying all education institutions!
